SmartHub gives you complete control over your account by giving you the tools that deliver the right 
information at the right time so you can make the right decisions about your account. Use SmartHub to check your electric usage, contact our office, pay your bill, report a service interruption, manage your utility accounts, sign up for notifications such as high usage, and much more.

  • First time users: provide your last name or business name, e-mail address and account number from your bill to set up a username (e-mail address) and password.

  • SmartHub allows payment by debit/credit card, electronic check or automatic withdrawal from your bank account.

  • Electric members can use SmartHub to sign up for Paperless Billing and receive a one-time $5 credit and a monthly $1 credit on their energy bill.  

  • You can login or register on the home page of this site or download the mobile app from your Android or Apple stores.
